History VAMED
VAMED was founded in 1982 and has since grown into the world’s leading full-service provider for hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
In 1999, VAMED Standortentwicklung und Engineering was established, entrusted with the further development of projects in Austria and across Europe.
Our portfolio spans the entire value chain – from project development, planning, and turnkey construction of healthcare facilities to the comprehensive management of health tourism establishments. With VAMED Vitality World, VAMED is also the largest operator of thermal spas and health resorts in Austria.
